Large Balloon Arrangment

These stand about 4 feet tall, and include either a balloon flower base, or one made of round latex balloons of any and all colors available, including chrome colours.
It can include one jumbo number or letter (30 - 40 inches, depending on stock available), or a large themed mylar balloon. Inquire within for theme and color options.
These are not helium inflated, but air filled with an electric balloon pump. Includes a small weight, pre-attached.
